Polite and thorough.
I have been a patient with the hospital over 24 year and have nothing but praise for the hospital and staff. Today I arrived without an X-ray appointment at 12:15 by 14:20 I had been X-ray seen in outpatient and was on my way home.
The care was fantastic!!
Could not be better.
A point not about the ward. I arrived early 6.40 am due to the distance I travelled. I needed a toilet and there was another one open in the hospital I could use. I suggest the one in outpatients is opened at 6.00 am.
Excellent friendly staff.
Immediate relief.
Very good all round service and experience
Totally enjoyed my experience at the hospital, my only concern was that I was in the hospital at 11.00am with nothing to eat or drink from 10.00pm the previous evening with not being kept up speed with when my procedure was to be carried out, 3.15pm was the only time when I was to be seen to, which was to be 3.30pm, perhaps patients should be told where they are on the list for their procedure to be carried out, other than that everything was perfect
